Pro bono support to the Malakand displacement relief response

Usharai Valley Flood Response (2007)

After the 20 July 2007 storm and flood in Dir Upper that claimed over 50 lives, WADDAN — with CARAVAN Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Relief International — assessed needs and distributed food and non-food items, clean drinking water, shelter materials, and hygiene kits.

Malakand Displacement Crisis — Pro Bono Facilitation Support (2007–2009)

During the 2007–2009 Malakand displacement, WADDAN provided pro bono support to the relief response through community mobilization, needs assessment and stakeholder coordination.

COVID-19 Pandemic Response

In coordination with the District Health Office: awareness campaigns, distribution of hygiene kits, masks, sanitizers, and PPE, IPC support to BHUs and MNCH centres, and house-to-house volunteer outreach and referral.

Standing Emergency Response Capability

Capability for rapid deployment of emergency response teams to flood-affected areas across Pakistan.
